Sonja Smith founded Blade8 after more than 20 years in enterprise technology, transportation, logistics, and commercial growth. She began her career in Supply and Logistics with the United States Marine Corps, where she developed an approach grounded in accountability, preparation, and leadership.
 

Smith has worked with transportation organizations making complex technology decisions and inside companies bringing transportation solutions to market. That experience shapes Blade8’s practical, independent guidance for buyers and technology providers alike.
